2. 50% of the users were not able to search through the huge number of job listings and they have to browse the same number of jobs in all the job websites.

There are many more facts like these and we thought to build a smart website rather thanbuilding a complicated,intelligent or the biggest or the largest search engine on the planet.

The smart thing we did is:

1.collect the jobs from all the popular job websites

2.collect the jobs from all the major mashup jobsites

3.give all the features same as what all these job sites have

4.Single management of all the jobs not in emails but on the website
